Chamber Music & Memories: The Power of Vincent’s Love

Dallas, Texas

July 6, 7 & 8, 2012

Add-on days

I hope you will join us for ALL the Convention add-ons.  As always, plan on coming early and staying late. We brag a lot about everything being bigger in Texas and that includes the Texas weather. I've tried to eliminate a lot of walking, but Texas summers can be hot, so don't forget the sunscreen and a hat. No matter what your vision of Texas is, you'll find more than meets the eye.

There will be a Dallas City Tour on Thursday, July 5th. Cost is $55.00 per person. Price includes admission to all the venues including the Sixth Floor Museum which offers an educational exhibition of the life and legacy of President John F. Kennedy, plus lots of extras.

No visit to Dallas would be complete without a visit to the legendary Southfork Ranch. We'll be visiting on Monday, July 9th. Cost is $50.00 per person. "Dallas," the TV series, still holds the record as highest-rated episode with nearly 360 million viewers tuning in to see "who shot J.R." Filming of the new Dallas series is currently in production with some of the original cast and is scheduled to air on the TNT network this summer.

Next head west for a mix of Texas fun with the Fort Worth City Tour on Tuesday, July 10th. Cost is $50.00 person. Yes, mosey over to the Stockyards Historic District where you can catch a glimpse of animals on the loose. Explore the true cowboy culture by watching a real cattle drive to and from the Stockyards. Afterwards, enjoy some free time shopping in the stockyards.
