Notes and Disclaimers - especially for those arriving after Winterfest is over

Keep in mind that this is a place friendly to lurkers. You never know who might be listening in, so don't discuss anything private.
The room currently logs everything said. (This was useful during Winterfest for posting a transcript.)
As you can see, the room saves the last 40 lines. This functionality cannot be removed.
The ampersand key, for whatever reason, truncates the line. Avoid it.
If the room gets invaded by spammers, we'll likely close it down or change the url or something.

A few suggestions

Identify yourself and say hello when you arrive.
When you're leaving, write *poof* just before you go, so folks know you're gone.
If you stop by when no one's around, it's ok to leave a message about when you might return, so that others who peek in can try and return at that time too. Include a date and time, including time zone.
