Updated the clean copies today. Will have to come back later to add new paragraphs to the drafts. Please do check and see that I got the "clean" texts correct.

Blessings,

Z

Yes! Making it public is perfectly fine with me.

The NWD duel is private so far.
Is it okay to make it public?

I have split the story.

I have posted my new bit in the back-to-I's- place path.
I have copied my bit in the Park path. You can copy yours now - only, I think that in mine I have written that they are walking side by side, so perhaps "from behind her" does not fit?

About the Clean Copy, I'll leave it to you to make whatever you deem appropriate, so that you can have full access to it.

And about Lucy's heart being in danger... you know, I never thought of that. Now I see it's... evident. But while writing my paragraphs, I was only thinking of her re-considering her life, no romantic ideas about Vincent. It's almost magical how words have their own power and personality, isn't it?

Ciao,
S

ach. Sorry. I think I misunderstood what you wrote.
Did you mean to go back to the dialogue at Isaac's place, and he shares some more of his concern with Catherine?
That would be okay for me.

Maybe there's some Catherine in me...
When I thought of them meeting Vincent, the Park came naturally to my mind.
I also thougth they are three tough people.
And probably I need some Vincent telling me that fear can keep me alive?

:) Okay, I'll try, but it still creeps me out that Catherine is bringing Isaac to the park.

Share with me?
Is it fair? 8)
Perhaps Isaac can explain it to Vincent, so that I'll learn it too.

Well, scene-writing is exactly what I came to B&B to learn back in 2011, so I am thrilled to get the chance to play with scenes in your company. :D

When I wrote it, my only thought for Lucy was to say that her heart was in danger, her aloneness calling out to Issac, such that he recognized her need for a friend to be good to her. But now that you put it that way, stuff in her neighborhood could very well be turning bad attention in her direction. Because of her contact with Vincent. Yes, that makes sense to me.

Shall I share the germ of my idea behind Isaac's cryptic, stormy comment? It's about how consequences for past adventures play out on the street.

ps - sorry... I am a playwright, not a writer, my brain works for scenes :D .

By the way: it occurred to me, from what Isaac said, that you understood/trying to convey the idea that Lucy is being menaced/in peril?

Well, I thought that the conversation between Isaac and Catherine, for me, would logically lead to C having Isaac meet Vincent. So, instead of skirmishing - and probably Isaac having to explain things twice, to C and to V, I brought them directly on their way to meet V in a remote part of the Park.
Your "brewing tempest" seemed a dramatic point enough to stop the scene on a little cliff-hanger.

Ready to change if this does not suit you.

I think a mini-scene is okay. The show did it all the time. I am very surprised that Catherine is suddenly leading Isaac through the park. Been trying to figure out what to do with that...
