Auction Donations
As with every Beauty and the Beast convention, we are hosting a Silent Auction and a Live Auction for charity. (Learn more about ICTSOS.)
There are many incredible fan-made items, BATB-related items, and actual pieces from the show itself that get put up for auction at each convention and this year is no different.
If you have any items that you would like to donate to either the silent or the live auction, please contact our point-person for these, JoAnn Baca.
Tote Bag Donations
Hey
everybody! So, at each convention, specialized tote bags filled
with goodies and surprises are given out. Mostly fans of the show
offer to fill the tote bags with something specific as a wonderful
act of generosity. This year, already a few people and/or groups have
donated! YAY!
But if you would like to donate or you and
your group would like to donate, please contact our point-person on
this: Samantha Coleman.
Prize Donations
Something really fun at Beauty and the Beast conventions are the game times! Complete with Beast bingo and other fun games as well but prize donations for these games are needed.
If you are
able to bring some prizes along for some of the game times that would
be excellent! Maybe your room could do it together? Let Catherine know
how many prizes you can bring so that we can keep track. Thanks so much
for your generosity and just plain awesomeness.
