Info
on making your room reservation for the con:
W
e will all be on the third floor. The courtyard rooms are the
quietest rooms, be sure to ask for a courtyard room with a balcony.
When all the courtyard rooms are gone, they will ask you if you want
a room on the Toulouse St. side or the Bourbon St. side. We have the
Toulouse St side also reserved for our group. Be sure to ask for a
room with a balcony if that is really important to you. Most of the
rooms on the third floor do have a balcony, but there are a few that
don’t.
M ost
of the rooms are either 2 double beds, one king bed or sometimes one
queen bed. You should ask for a courtyard room on the third floor
with a balcony. If all those rooms are filled ask for a Toulouse St.
room on the third floor with a balcony. They are supposed to fill
the courtyard rooms first, and then fill the Toulouse St. rooms, but
it doesn’t hurt to remind them. We have added a few Bourbon St rooms,
but remember, they will be noisier rooms. We will all be on the
third floor. There are some rooms that are the usual adjoining rooms
and some rooms aren’t adjoining, but do have adjoining balconies. If
you want a refrigerator, ask when you make your reservation and ask
again when you check in. It is my understanding that there are a
limited number of refrigerators and are on a first come first serve
basis.
