Two nice round numbers
One Friday night, almost 25 years ago, something happened that touched our lives:
on September 25, 1987, the pilot of one little tv show was aired – it was Beauty
and the Beast. That night a Dream, as well as a faithful fandom, were born. And
5 years ago BatBland started to celebrate the
anniversary of that night. Two
nice round numbers, aren't they?
So, for these 25th and 5th anniversaries BatBland is launching a survey you are
all invited to contribute to. We are asking you to nominate your favorite items
in several categories. With your nominations, we'll arrange a poll, and see what
online fandom thinks and loves in 2012, 25 years after that magical night.

You may make up to 3 nominations in each category, but don't feel obligated
to make nominations in every category. Submit your nominations by August 31, 2012,

page and in the B&B boards, and the results will be disclosed on September 25,
2012... the 25th anniversary of The Dream.

We know it's hard to choose, but try to narrow it down. Nominate up to 3
favorite episodes, from any season.

Lots of guest stars to pick from, but recurring characters don't count.

Apart from Vincent and Father, any tunnel dweller we saw in two or more episodes may be nominated here.

Helpers, Catherine's friends and coworkers, anyone we saw Above who was on
at least 2 episodes goes in this category.
Lines of dialogue
We can see there are going to be a LOT of nominations in this category. Many
of us use B&B catch phrases in our everyday speech!
Single
scene
Another hard choice! But it means even the episodes everyone hates could
possibly make an appearance here. There's *at least* one good scene in even
the worst B&B episodes.
Poem/literature passage
quoted in the show
Lots of good choices in this category too! Just don't cheat and choose any
old thing from Of Love and Hope - it has to be actually quoted in the show.
Classical music performed
on the show
We know you're busy gazing at Vincent, but the music was great too! If you
don't know the names of these pieces of music, you can find a list at CABB.

Members of the B&B cast, Ron and Linda especially, posed for countless
photos used for promotional purposes (many seeming to promise things they
certainly never gave us onscreen, the deceitful rascals!) Nominate up to 3
